Stanley Cooper AssetStanley Cooper Asset, began cold calling investors in the UK around about September 2004. Cold calling investors in the UK in this way is illegal. They started by offering $12.90 for shares in a company that was worthless. One must ask oneself why they did that. Large slices of text on the Stanley Cooper site are lifted from USBX Advisory services, which has been common practice for a number of suspicious traders in the past. At this time, the Stanley Copper Asset website entry, reveals that the record expires on 6/22/2005. (It was created on 6/22/2004). This suggests that whoever set this web site up did not expect it to be around for very long. And for an allegedly established business, having a web site created on 22nd June, for almost immediate release, but likely to be defunct in a year, is suspicious. Two of the stocks involved are known to be Sun Biometrics and Biochex (BCHX). An ongoing discussion in Stanley
Cooper Asset can be found at the Boiler Rooms UK site. Please just
