In Time Group
Shares in the In Time Group have been offered in November 2004 by a suspected
Boiler Room calling themselves Milton Dewar
Asset Management.
One offering that has been made from Milton Dewar is in some stock called
the 'In Time Group', a watch manufacturer, that they claim will float
on the Nasdaq. This may prove to be true, but one must treat the activities
of stocks sold by boiler rooms with a pinch of salt, since manipulation
of share price has occured in other stocks (DFRC, F10 Oil and Gas for
example), which have been investigated by the SEC.
Milton Dewar used very experienced, very plausible salesman to try and
illicit money from potential victims. They quoted large UK and International
banks as supporting the offering. The claimed that they would only be
taking 1.5% commission, and they also claimed that the stocks would likely
be selling at around $7.50 when they floated.
There is an active thread on the In
Time Group at Boiler Rooms UK.
