Bell International Asset Management
Another Boiler Room?
Bell International Asset Management have been cold calling
potential investors in the UK. Without the authority of the FSA, this
action in itself is illegal.
A check on the website of Bell International Asset Management reveals
that it was first registered only a couple of weeks ago, and only for
a period of 12 months. This does not fill me with confidence. The contact
details given are also suspicious. The claim on the web site that the
copyright for the site dates back to 1997 is nonsensical bearing this
information in mind.
Bell International Asset Management may also point you at a site which
it claims is a US Government site, giving credence and legitimacy to their
activities.
Beware!
These sites are also bogus! Please refer to the SEC
for information regarding fake government sites.
Bell International are believed to be operating a secondary scam, whereby
they offer to buy shares in worthless stocks for a huge premium. The downside
is that the investor must pay a bond in order to receive these funds.
The likelihood that the investor would ever see their money again is very
small. We understand that one of the stocks being acquired is that of
Stem Genetics, a fraud Company first peddled by the Sukumo Group. Stem
Genetics never traded.
The SEC have confirmed that Bell International Asset Management are not
listed with them and that the Foreign Exchange Commision (FEC) which they
claim shows their own credibility, is also bogus.
On ongoing discussion on Bell
International Asset Management is taking place at the Boiler Rooms
UK forum.
